APG Field Trip – Seville

This Field trip to “Seville” will be organised by Daryl and will now involve a two-night stopover.

Below is a proposed outline of what is possible and the best times to photograph these places. Naturally, subject to final discussions when we have firm numbers, but it gives you an idea of what is likely to take place.

DAY 1 – Friday, 20 February

• 11:30 Arrive in Seville & hotel check-in
• 13:00 Lunch near Plaza Nueva / city center
• 15:00 Triana Riverside & Calle Betis photo walk
• 18:00 Golden hour at Plaza de España & Parque de María Luisa
• 20:00 Dinner in Triana or City Center

DAY 2 – Saturday, 21 February

• 07:30 Sunrise shoot (Plaza de España or Triana Bridge)
• 08:30 Breakfast
• 09:45 Real Alcázar visit (timed entry, approx. 2 hrs)
• 13:15 Lunch in Barrio Santa Cruz
• 15:00 Seville Cathedral & Giralda Tower visit
• 17:00 Barrio Santa Cruz street photography
• 18:15 Sunset at Metropol Parasol (Las Setas)
• 20:00 Dinner & optional night photography (riverfront / Torre del Oro)

DAY 3 – Sunday, 22 February

• 07:30 Sunrise at Plaza de Toros exterior & riverfront
• 09:30 Optional Casa de Pilatos / local streets
• 11:30 Depart Seville for Faro
• 15:00–16:00 Arrival in Faro

• Accommodation (2 nights, twin share): mid-range €110–€180/night → €220–€360 / room for 2 nights → €110–€180 per person (sharing). KAYAK
