Critique Session – “I Ate This” & Member Presentation (Bob Tidy)

The Critique session for the “I Ate This” Challenge will take place on Thursday 24th March at the Exhibition Gallery. Our lead critique, Peter Kain has presented his apologies for being unable to lead this critique and taking over will be our very own Shannon Belletti. Shannon is currently visiting from the States and we look forward to her qualified take on these images.  

Even if you have not entered images for the exhibition, you are more than welcome to come along to hear the pros and cons of each image according to Shannon’s opinion. These sessions are paramount to everyone learning something new to assist with making and taking better, more captivating photos.

Again, ahead of the Critique Sessions this year, we will be including something new. We will be having some members do a thirty-minute session on their work or career should that be the case to share with other members that may want to know more.  The session will be starting at 14:00 sharp, so please do be punctual.  It will be a max of twenty-minute presentation/ talk followed by ten minutes of Q&A.    

This Presentation will be by a New Member, Bob Tidy.  His involvement with photography developed during his career as a graphic designer when computer software took over the industry with the call for digitally adjusted images which then led him into gaining a deeper knowledge of photography.
