Street Photography – March 2026

The second Exhibition took place on the last Friday of March with the theme “Street Photography”. Street photography exists in the space between intention and coincidence. It is a practice rooted in observation, patience, and instinct—where fleeting moments unfold without rehearsal, and the ordinary reveals itself as something quietly extraordinary.

This exhibition brings together a collection of images that explore life as it happens in public spaces. From subtle gestures to bold human interactions, each photograph captures fragments of reality shaped by light, timing, and perspective. These are not constructed scenes, but rather reflections of the world as it is—raw, unpredictable, and deeply human.

At its core, street photography is about storytelling without narration. It invites the viewer to pause, to question, and to interpret.

With 32 prints exhibited as once again, the theme had a hard job resonating with the members. But we think all these images and especially the top five do in fact do just that.

The second challenge of 2026, themed “Shadows” will be everyone’s objective for May.

Once again, visitors on opening night now have the task of selecting their favourite “FIVE” images. As is traditional for print exhibitions, the public votes were counted from (23) voting slips that produced the following results:
